My stay at Vera View Hotel had its ups and downs. The friendly staff made me feel at home, but there were several issues with my room that left me disappointed. While the location is great, I encountered several service hiccups that could be improved.

I experienced a lot of frustration with my room. Despite requesting a room with a balcony and two separate beds, I was given a room with only a king-size bed and no balcony. Additionally, the lighting was poor and the bathroom was cramped, making it uncomfortable.
